Nota: Como cada cojín es una creación personalizada, por favor permite de 7 a 20 días hábiles para su producción. Ten en cuenta también que, debido a la naturaleza del terciopelo, la tela puede presentar ligeras variaciones de color naturales según la iluminación y la dirección del pelo.
CRONOGRAMA DE PRODUCCIÓN Y ENTREGA
En POOJI, cada pieza comienza con el carácter único de tu mascota y cobra vida cuidadosamente a través del diseño y la artesanía.
Paso 1: Preparación de la foto o creación del retrato (1–3 días hábiles)
Preparamos una composición limpia usando solo la foto o creamos un retrato de tu mascota dibujado por un artista. Cuando corresponda, te enviaremos una prueba para su revisión.
Paso 2: Producción personalizada y controles de calidad (6–15 días hábiles)
Una vez aprobado, tu diseño se elabora cuidadosamente como pieza final y se inspecciona antes del envío.
Paso 3: Envío internacional (7–12 días hábiles)
Tu pieza terminada se envía desde China mediante transporte aéreo internacional.
Tiempo total estimado de entrega: 14–30 días hábiles
El plazo comienza cuando recibimos una foto adecuada de tu mascota y toda la información necesaria para la personalización. Las revisiones adicionales, el despacho de aduanas o los retrasos del transportista pueden ampliar esta estimación.
NOTA DE COLOR Y APARIENCIA
Los colores pueden verse ligeramente diferentes en la pantalla y en la pieza final debido a la iluminación, el procesamiento de imágenes, la configuración de cada pantalla, los materiales y los métodos de impresión. Las pequeñas variaciones de tono o textura son una parte natural del proceso de elaboración personalizada. Esto no afecta a tus derechos si el artículo llega dañado, presenta defectos, es incorrecto o difiere de manera sustancial de la prueba aprobada o de la descripción del producto.
DEVOLUCIONES Y SATISFACCIÓN
Cada pieza de POOJI es personalizada y se fabrica bajo pedido. Una vez que haya comenzado la creación de la obra o la producción personalizada, por lo general no podemos aceptar devoluciones, cambios ni reembolsos por un cambio de opinión. Si un artículo llega dañado, defectuoso, incorrecto o difiere de forma sustancial de la prueba aprobada o de la descripción del producto, ponte en contacto con nosotros lo antes razonablemente posible e incluye tu número de pedido y fotografías claras. Una vez confirmado el problema, gestionaremos la reparación, sustitución o reembolso que corresponda. Tus derechos legales no se ven afectados.
