How It All Began: A Story Sparked by a Pure White Schnauzer

The story of POOJI begins with its founders, Keaton and Hana, and their little muse—a pure white Schnauzer named Berry.

Like all devoted pet parents, Keaton and Hana always wanted the absolute best for Berry. However, when shopping for everyday items, they often felt disappointed. The market was filled with uninspired, mass-produced goods: cookie-cutter toys, rigid templates, and products made without a personal touch.

Keaton and Hana refused to accept this cold compromise. What they truly wanted was to weave Berry’s unique presence into every corner of their lives, making her companionship tangible and always close—whether through a velvety-soft rug underfoot, a cushion to hold close, or a phone grip that travels everywhere with them.

“If we can’t find it out there, why don’t we create it ourselves?”

That question marked the beginning of POOJI in 2024.

Today, POOJI is operated by POOJI DESIGN LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17316313. Our purpose remains simple: to turn the bond people share with their pets into art and meaningful objects they can keep close.

The Artists Behind the Canvas: Driven by Passion, Refined by Craft

From Keaton and Hana’s early sketches, POOJI has grown into a creative team of 20 contracted artists based in China. Each artist brings their own experience and illustration style to the portraits and products we create.

Every artist-drawn portrait is created and refined by a human artist. For Photo Only service plans, we prepare the customer’s uploaded photo as part of the selected product design.

We do not use one-click AI filters to generate the finished artist-drawn portrait. Our artists study each pet’s features, expression, and personality before developing the artwork.

Where included in your selected service plan, a 1-on-1 design consultant will carefully review your feedback and help refine the design until you are ready to approve it.
• Customer Support After Delivery: Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our published policies and applicable law.
