This service is a one-time add-on charge. Simply check the box for this service on the product page before clicking "Add to Cart." The fee will be automatically calculated and added to your order subtotal. You can complete the payment along with your main product at checkout using any of our supported payment methods.
Can I get the original digital file of the pet portrait?

Yes. If you need a high-definition digital version for social media sharing or personal printing, please contact our design assistant to obtain the file.
Can I include multiple pets on one product? Is there an extra charge?

Absolutely! You can feature multiple pets on a single item at no extra cost. Our goal is to perfectly capture the warmth of your entire "furry family."
Can I customize any background color?

Certainly. You can provide us with a specific color value (e.g., HEX code #FF5733) or a reference image, and we will precisely match your ideal background color.
What are the requirements for the photos?

Photo quality determines the final artistic result. Please provide original photos with good lighting, a front view, and clear fur texture. If you're unsure if a photo works, feel free to send it to our assistant for a free evaluation.

Production & Shipping Timeline

How long does the entire customization and delivery process take?

Every masterpiece is worth the wait. Our process consists of three stages:

Hand-Drawn Portrait : Design finalization typically takes 5-7 business days.

Production: Once the design is approved, factory production takes 7-20 business days.

International Shipping: After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 7-12 days.

Can I track my package?

Of course. Once your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status at any time.

Common Inquiries & Returns

Will there be color variations in the physical product?

Due to the differences between monitor displays (RGB mode) and physical printing (CMYK mode), as well as the unique physical properties of different materials, slight color variations may occur. This is a normal characteristic of custom-made products.
What is the return policy?

Each item is a one-of-a-kind piece created specifically for you. Once the design is approved and production begins, we do not accept returns for subjective reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt. We will remake and reship it for free.
