Utilising advanced 3D printing technology, your pet’s portrait is rendered with razor-sharp detail onto the plush surface. The eco-friendly ink ensures vibrant, long-lasting colours that capture every whisker with artistic precision.
• Versatile Lifestyle Sizes: Available in three tailored dimensions (70cm x 100cm, 100cm x 150cm, and 150cm x 200cm). Perfect for pet snuggling, office naps, or as a sophisticated artistic throw for your sofa or bed.
Note: Digital printing occurs on the surface of the pile; the base of the fibres remains white. For darker designs, the white roots may become visible when the fabric is folded—this is a standard characteristic of printed plush. Gentle wash under 30°C; do not bleach or tumble dry. Please allow 7-20 business days for production after design approval.

At POOJI , we believe that true art cannot be rushed. Each piece undergoes a meticulous creation process to ensure it captures the soulful essence of your pet.
Step 1: Portrait Artistry (5-7 Business Days)
Our artists hand-draw every detail of your pet’s portrait. To ensure you are 100% happy, we offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" with unlimited revisions. Please note that the final timeline may vary depending on the number of revisions requested.
Step 2: Artisan Crafting (7-20 Business Days)
Once the design is approved, your masterpiece moves to production. If a piece does not pass our rigorous Quality Control (QC) inspection, we will restart the crafting process from scratch to ensure perfection.
Step 3: Global Shipping (7-12 Days)
We use expedited international air shipping to deliver your piece to global destinations.
Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 4 to 7 weeks from the date of your photo upload. We appreciate your patience in waiting for a masterpiece that will last a lifetime.
COLOR & APPEARANCE NOTE
Please note that slight color variations are inevitable due to professional studio lighting, post-processing techniques, and the individual color settings of your monitor or smartphone screen. Furthermore, as each piece is a unique artistic creation, there may be subtle nuances in color interpretation between the digital preview and the physical rug. These minor differences are a natural part of the custom printing process and are not considered quality defects. The final physical artwork shall prevail.
RETURNS & SATISFACTION
Each POOJI creation is a bespoke masterpiece, handcrafted specifically based on your pet’s photo. Because these items are uniquely yours and cannot be resold, all orders are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged, has a significant manufacturing error, or is the wrong design, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing a sincere solution for any genuine issues.
