POOJI STUDIO is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to provide the Service to you.

However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. POOJI STUDIO reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. Given the custom nature of our products, once an order has been accepted and the design process has commenced, cancellations may not be possible. Purchases are for personal use only and are not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, published prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or import duties. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our transfer of the goods to the carrier.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY POOJI STUDIO is powered by Shopify. However, any sale and purchase made in our store are conducted directly with POOJI STUDIO. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from the purchase of goods and services.
