• Premium Eye-Care Cream Paper: Contains 80 sheets (160 pages) of high-quality, thickened cream-coloured paper. Designed to reduce eye strain, the textured surface ensures a smooth writing experience without ink bleeding.

• Professional A5 Lock-Stitch Binding: Standard A5 size (14.6cm x 21.6cm) featuring traditional lock-stitch binding. This allows the notebook to lay completely flat at 180° for effortless writing while ensuring maximum structural durability.

Note: Avoid extreme humidity. Available in Lined or Blank pages (defaults to Blank if not specified). Please allow 7-20 business days for production after design approval.

Step 1: Photo Preparation or Portrait Artistry (1–3 Business Days)
We prepare a clean Photo Only composition or create an artist-drawn pet portrait, then share a proof where applicable.

Step 2: Personalised Production & Quality Checks (6–15 Business Days)
Once approved, your design is carefully crafted into the final piece and inspected before dispatch.

Step 3: International Delivery (7–12 Business Days)
Your finished piece is dispatched from China via international air delivery.

Total Estimated Delivery: 14–30 Business Days
Timing begins after we receive a suitable pet photo and all required customisation details. Additional revisions, customs clearance or carrier delays may extend the estimate.

Colours may appear slightly different on screen and in the finished piece due to lighting, image processing, individual display settings, materials and printing methods. Minor variations in tone or texture are a natural part of the custom-making process.

This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from the approved proof or product description.

Each POOJI piece is personalised and made to order. Once artwork creation or personalised production has begun, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from the approved proof or product description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photos. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
