PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINE
At POOJI, every piece begins with the character of your pet and is thoughtfully brought to life through design and craftsmanship.
Step 1: Photo Preparation or Portrait Artistry (1–3 Business Days)
We prepare a clean Photo Only composition or create an artist-drawn pet portrait, then share a proof where applicable.
Step 2: Personalised Production & Quality Checks (6–15 Business Days)
Once approved, your design is carefully crafted into the final piece and inspected before dispatch.
Step 3: International Delivery (7–12 Business Days)
Your finished piece is dispatched from China via international air delivery.
Total Estimated Delivery: 14–30 Business Days
Timing begins after we receive a suitable pet photo and all required customisation details. Additional revisions, customs clearance or carrier delays may extend the estimate.
COLOR & APPEARANCE NOTE
Colours may appear slightly different on screen and in the finished piece due to lighting, image processing, individual display settings, materials and printing methods. Minor variations in tone or texture are a natural part of the custom-making process.
This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from the approved proof or product description.

W
Got two custom sisal scratchers for my multi-pet household. The natural sisal material helps trim sharp claws gently, each portrait was printed with perfect color matching, and shipping arrived much earlier than the estimated delivery window.
T
I love the natural sisal texture of this personalized scratch pad. It’s far more durable than cheap cardboard versions, the base is weighted so it never slides while my pet stretches, and the design team adjusted my uploaded photo free of charge before production. Great purchase!
C
The quality of this custom sisal scratch pad totally exceeded my expectations. The edges of the sisal mat are neatly wrapped to prevent unraveling, the print will not rub off from daily scratching, and it’s super easy to vacuum loose sisal fibers for quick cleanup.
L
This sisal cat scratcher doubles as cute room decor! The custom printed portrait looks identical to my furry friend, the tight sisal weave doesn’t fray easily, and there’s zero weird chemical odor straight out of the packaging. It fits perfectly in my bedroom corner.
L
If you’re searching for long-lasting, good-looking pet furniture, this personalized sisal scratcher is the ideal pick. Upload any photo you want for custom printing, the finished texture and print quality are far better than the website preview pictures.
G
I picked this personalized sisal scratcher as a housewarming gift for my pet-loving friend. The solid wood frame paired with premium sisal looks high-end, the custom artwork captures every tiny facial detail, and my friend said it’s the most unique pet supply they own.
F
It’s such a meaningful custom sisal scratcher keepsake! I printed my pet’s favorite snapshot on the side panel, and the natural sisal material is non-toxic and safe for daily contact. Every time I pass by, I get to see their sweet little face.
