SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, images and details as accurately as possible. Because screen settings and devices vary, the colours shown on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product.

As our products are individually customised, minor variations may occur between the approved digital proof and the finished physical product due to materials and production processes. These minor variations do not affect your rights if a product is faulty, materially different from the approved design, or not as described.

We may limit the sale of our products or services to particular persons, geographic regions or jurisdictions where permitted by law.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. POOJI DESIGN LTD reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. Given the custom nature of our products, once an order has been accepted and the design process has commenced, cancellations may not be possible. Purchases are for personal use only and are not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, published prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or import duties. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of material delays and assist with delivery issues. SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY POOJI DESIGN LTD is powered by Shopify. However, any sale and purchase made in our store are conducted directly with POOJI DESIGN LTD. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from the purchase of goods and services.
